We are a creative couple with businesses in strategy consulting, music, and events technology, and we are looking for an Executive Assistant/Creative Manager to be a key organizational partner to support our business growth. The ideal candidate would act as a Chief of Staff in coordinating communications and processes with a range of stakeholders, managing diverse projects, and acting with discretion and a high degree of confidentiality. The position is hybrid.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Complete general administrative work: calendar scheduling/maintenance, meeting coordination, travel coordination for the CEO, errands
• Music release management: managing release schedules and promotions, drafting press releases, video coordination and production support, working with various freelancers, social media scheduling, uploads to DSPs / YouTube
• Copywriting and communications management (e.g., newsletter, website)
• Creative strategy & project management
• Event & program development support
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and responsible self-starter
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment to stay on course with job responsibilities
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Interest/experience in business development, branding/marketing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel and Power Point
• Passion for music and the arts
OTHER PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
• 3+ years experience providing support to executive level management
• Experience at tech startups, Fortune 500/large companies, top-tier management consulting firms
• Creative branding, creative direction, graphic design, video editing
• High level of discretionary judgment and confidentiality
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels and across multiple industries
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
