Full Time Job
Boutique talent management company with clients in the digital and traditional spaces is seeking an experienced full-time assistant. The assistant role will provide support to the President of the company and work alongside another assistant on covering the president's desk as he is heavily involved in the day-to-day for the clients.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent management in the entertainment business with a focus in the digital space.
Responsibilities:
-Tracking all emails for the President.-Handling all logistics for President and clients, including flights, hotel, grounds, shoot details, event details, seeking call sheets, creating itineraries, etc.-Coordinate all product gifting for digital clients.-Covering Breakdown Services for our acting clients-Creating meeting notes & sending out notifications.-Creating and sending invoices.-Ideating and posting to the company's social media accounts.-Keeping our project management software up to date (Knowledge of project management software Asana is a plus).
Qualifications:
-1-2 years of assistant experience in an agency, studio, or management company, preferably in the digital space.
-Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and expectations, and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities.
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must because of the high volume of emails, calls, etc.
-Strong interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
-Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients and their entire professional teams.
-Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite and preferred knowledge of Adobe photoshop (basic knowledge to put together one-sheets).
-Must have a valid drivers license, insurance, and be comfortable working from a home office.
-Self Starter, Disciplined to work remotely
