Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the President of a growing entertainment network. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and can confidently manage sensitive information, competing priorities, and time-sensitive deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting senior-level executives and a strong understanding of administrative, financial, and business operations.
Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the President's calendar, meetings, appointments, and scheduling priorities
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and communications
• Assist with invoices, payments, expense tracking, and other financial administrative duties
• Review and organize documents, reports, and business correspondence
• Handle confidential and sensitive company information with discretion
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, talent, production teams, and outside partners
• Prepare meeting materials, notes, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents
• Assist with day-to-day operations and special projects as needed
• Anticipate the President's needs and proactively resolve issues before they become problems
• Support the President in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change quickly
Qualifications
• 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting a C-level executive, President, or senior leader
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of accounting, invoices, expenses, and financial administration
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Must be flexible and comfortable working extended hours when business needs require
• Experience in entertainment, television, production, or media is strongly preferred
