Executive Assisant

Incite is seeking an experienced full-time executive assistant to oversee desks of C-level partners, basic scheduling, organization and logistics for the newly launched studio. Prior experience in EA role at either agency, studio, production company or major producer required. Additional experience in development, project management, production or post will be given extra consideration, but not a requirement. Must provide references, preferably those with direct working experience supervising the applicant. Prospective job presents ground-level, vertical opportunity to join team as studio quickly scales - providing unique growth opportunity with multiple trajectories in development, production and post for driven applicants. Position will begin remote and graduate to hybrid and in-person within 9-18 months. Future office location in LA area, TBD. Salary flexible depending on experience.
