Rapidly growing boutique Event planning firm servicing the Music/Entertainment elite; seeking committed and experienced manager/coordinator/planner seeking to advance their career opportunities with this highly collaborative team environment that produces domestic and international events. Seeking those interested in long term growth.
REQUIREMENTS
• Seeking professional event Rock Star!
• Must be well versed producing and managing high level events for legitimate brands, companies, music artist and agencies
• Able to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must have event experience from inception through execution and recapping, budget building and management, timelines, venue selection, catering permitting, design, talent deal memos/releases and vendor management
• Reports to Event Director and company Founder
• Must possess unique and creative problem-solving skills and plan for contingencies
• Pay impeccable attention to detail, be exceptionally well organized with strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Be polished, confident and enthusiastic with high level of client servicing
• A ''can do'' attitude, understanding of ever-changing needs and be able to prioritize and manage multiple priorities
• An enthusiastic spirit, passion for events and managing cross functional and multi-cultural teams
• Computer proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote and Outlook
KEY ATTRIBUTES:
• Manage teams of production, designers, fabricators and freelancers to ensure all projects are completed to the highest ''ultra-cool'' standard
• Consistently manage client expectations, be proactive and work in site
• Problem solver, analytical and be strong with logistics
• Strong passion for and keen understanding of music and artists
• Up to 60% travel; perhaps 2 weekends - events mostly in NY, LA and Atlanta
• Comfortable in both structured and agile working environments
• Positive disposition, great sense of humor and creative mindset
