This is an in-office position.
We are seeking enthusiastic and hard-working candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a deep understanding of creators and trends in social media, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively work with student interns.
Your responsibility will be identifying and connecting with new social media influencer potential clients through targeted outreach. You will take the lead in developing and executing outreach strategies, staying up-to-date on social media creators' popularity, growth, and upcoming projects. Additionally, you will mentor and manage 14 student interns who will support you in the outreach process.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, a deep understanding of social media culture (TikTok, Instagram, Reels, Threads, Youtube, Youtube Shorts, LinkedIn, X), and strong leadership ability to manage and guide a team of interns while facilitating influencer client acquisition.
Candidate MUST have AT LEAST 6 months of experience in some aspect of entertainment, marketing, or sales (PR, agency, studio, or management preferred). The ideal candidate is team-oriented, detail-focused, willing to commit to 18 months on the job, and lives on TikTok, Instagram, Reels, Threads, Youtube, Youtube Shorts, and X.
Duties include:
• Research and identify potential social media clients on TikTok, Instagram, Reels, Threads, Youtube, Youtube Shorts, and X, for PR representation, evaluating their fit with the company's objectives and services.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10-12 student interns responsible for outreach tasks.
• Stay in the know of Instagram, TikTok, Youtube creators' popularity, as well as rising trends and culture in the social media realm.
• Craft effective email templates and personalized outreach messages to engage potential influencer clients and talent representatives.
• Maintain organization and accuracy of outreach tracking spreadsheet to support seamless email communication and workflow.
• Track and respond to outreach inquiries, assisting potential clients with initial questions and guiding them through the onboarding process.
• Track outreach team progress and performance, providing regular feedback to interns and reporting updates to senior staff.
• Oversee the intern hiring process, including posting job opportunities, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews, while demonstrating strong leadership skills and maintaining positive communication.

Additional Requirements:
• Working laptop and cell phone with Wi-Fi.
• Available to work full-time from 9:30 am-6:30 pm PST, with flexibility for nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
