Entry level- Recent Grad Opportunity / Artist Manager Assistant / Full Time / In- Office / NYC
Established entertainment management company is seeking a sharp and dynamic Assistant for their New York City office. This office is looking for positive self-starters with a passionate desire to learn the entertainment industry, specifically client representation, and a strong ambition to grow/learn within a reputable and prestigious team. Interested candidates should have a strong desiring to learn the fundamentals of the business with a no job too small attitude.
Essential Duties:
* General administrative and office management responsibilities
* Organizing remote and in person client/manager meetings
* Working closely with casting offices and clients' agents/teams
* Talent coordination and logistics (travel, auditions, meetings, awards ceremonies, etc)
* Day to day office operations management (working with vendors, office supplies and general upkeep)
* Reception coverage and rolling phone calls
* Multi-task, manage time efficiently, and shift priorities quickly under pressure
* Assist with daily operations and miscellaneous tasks/errands as needed
* Getting to know and working closely with colleagues and clients & teams
* Must be able to be present in the office everyday. This position does not offer a WFH option as it requires significant office management support
Required Skills:
* Impeccable communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to work amongst a small but mighty team
* Extroverted and friendly demeanor
* Impressive phone and email etiquette
* Self starter
* See problems and solutions before they arise
* Excited by the opportunity to work within the entertainment industry
* Superior work ethic
* Reliable, responsible, diligent, and punctual
* Extremely detail-oriented and organized; takes pride in work
* Previous internship(s) in casting, production, talent agency, or talent management
* Tech-savvy
* Bachelor's degree
Benefits:

* Summer Fridays (First week of June - Labor Day)
* Remote for the last week of August
Salary Range (depending on experience):
$20/hour - $25/hour
