Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Endorsement/Digital Agent. The Endorsement/Digital Agent will work in the Commercials, Branding, and Celebrity Endorsements department. This role is based in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for remote work.
Responsibilities
• Managing talent endorsements, negotiating contracts, and developing digital marketing strategies
• Heavily focused on coordinating campaigns, brand pitches, and related administrative tasks.
• Working with clients to help create and edit content on their social media platform.
• Project manage partnerships with talent from post-contract phase through campaign completion, including short and long-term influencer programs
• Show interest in and willingness to identify new influencers and podcasts
• Develop influencer strategies to meet campaign KPIs
• Prepare and review client content and monitor performance
• Handle administrative tasks such as managing ongoing correspondence between clients and brands
Qualifications
· Talent Management, Contract Negotiation, and Digital Marketing skills
· Experience in working with influencers for endorsements and partnerships
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of the entertainment industry trends
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in social media platforms and digital analytics
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Required Experience
• 2-4 years of administrative assistant experience in a related field (i.e. Talent Agency and/or Management, PR, Marketing)
• 2-4 years of project management experience
• Strong written, verbal, and visual presentation communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors; flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume email/workload
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented work style
• Ability to work against deadlines
• A passion for social media and an interest in developing talent relationships
Preferred Experience
• Previous talent agency or related industry
• Knowledge of and experience using Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics
• QuickBase experience
• Traffic analysis tools experience (ex. CreatorIQ, Social Rank)
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Box, G Suite, Zoom, Mac, Outlook, Slack, Adobe, and/or other tools and technology
