We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide extremely high level support to the CEO of a well-known and established entertainment management company in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate for this role will be an expert EA who has supported high profile CEOs/Founders in the music, entertainment or similar industries in a fast paced, high level EA role. We are seeking candidates with a positive attitude, high attention to detail, strong work ethic, and multitasking skills. This role will be based in office in LA and there is travel associated with this role. Looking to hire ASAP!
Seasoned Executive Assistant with a minimum of ten+ years of experience working as an EA to a CEO or Founder in a fast paced role within entertainment, music, or similar industries.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Ability to meet tight deadlines & manage multiple projects at once.
Ability to prioritize needs on the go & strong sense of follow through.
Must have strong typing skills & command of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Calendar, Word, Excel.
Familiarity with productivity and project management tools.
Excellent attention to detail and very strong organizational skills.
Relevant experience interfacing with high profile individuals.
Strong interpersonal skills while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
Detail-oriented, motivated & hard working.
Multi-tasker, observant, and a good listener.
Resourceful, innovative, and a natural Problem Solver.
Driven and responsible with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Committed to getting the job done A to Z.
Must have a valid drivers license and passport for global travel.
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Anticipate the CEO's needs & make sure all work materials available for a successful workday/week.
Inbox management and email correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Maintaining multiple calendars & compile schedules daily/weekly/travel itineraries as needed.
Working alongside personal assistants and other support staff between home and office to support the CEO and keep them organized.
Extensive travel planning.
Send out daily & weekly reminders as needed
Complete personal tasks & errands as needed (occasional)
Act as a liaison between the CEO and various business guests, agents, managers, high profile individuals, etc.
Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed.
Keep updated personnel & client lists.

Location: Hybrid - in the office 3-4 days a week. Must be able to work in various locations alongside the CEO. Seeking candidates based in California/near Los Angeles, CA.
Hours: This role will require availability outside of 'regular work' hours, within reason.
Compensation: $130 - 160K DOE, with benefits (medical, dental, vision) and 401K

10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant for a high-level executive (C-Suite highly preferred) is required.
