Who are we hiring?
We are hiring a Film Director/Cinematographer who can edit to be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and managing our content. This person has an eye for aesthetics and is capable of covering pre-production, production, and post: including concept drafting, storyboarding, operating photo/video cameras, lighting, audio, editing, and producing.
What will you do?
Create content that aligns with our brand's vision, and mission develops a strong narrative and theme, and maintains consistency across all social media platforms.
Develop and deliver content in accordance with a programming schedule, and collaborate with the marketing, operations department, and talent to create ideas for long and short-form content.
Coordinate pre-production and post-production tasks, including conceptualization, storyboarding, filming, editing, and final delivery.
Oversee physical production of all media projects, ensuring resources are efficiently utilized within the established timelines to execute production.
What do you need to succeed?
Proven proficiency in video production and editing software such as Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Capcut, or Lightroom.
Familiarity with different types of cameras (e.g. Sony A7III, FX3, or similar), equipment, shooting, and editing technique and styles.
Experience with lighting and audio sets.
Knowledge of YouTube, Twitch, gaming, and fashion culture.
Experience creating original and visually engaging social content such as short-form videos, photography, etc., or narrative films.
Ability to work with teams and independently
Willing to take risks, take constructive feedback, and grow to integrate learnings into future content.
MUST have a flexible schedule and be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and off-hours when needed.
