Director, Social + Community

Part Time Job
This is a remote position. A newly structured company representing Grammy Award Winning and Nominated talent is seeking a new Director, Social + Community. You will be responsible for leading the strategy & execution of social, and the company's elements of an artist's marketing campaign, through digital storytelling and audience development - including but not limited to digital promotions, fan acquisition and engagement.
Director, Social + Community Responsibilities:
Reporting to the company's Head of Marketing and COO
Work closely with content team on creative, editorial and sourcing requirements as well as workflow optimization
Share monthly findings on competitive strategies and social media trends - making ongoing recommendations to improve social media results
Prepare and deliver presentations on social media campaigns, strategies and recommendations for artists' and product managers and key stakeholders, making appropriate strategic recommendations to deliver ROI-positive outcomes
Manage post boosting testing / optimization, creative development, and analysis for social campaigns, sharing findings in an ongoing manner with key stakeholders
Oversee Company's' social channels, managing messaging/marketing and playlist post optimization in both evergreen and project-specific instances
Build Social Communities and drive conversation around key brand priorities, initiatives, artists and products.
