What You'll Do:
• Create daily digital content across platforms - from memes to quizzes to interview clips, and social-first series.
• Brainstorm and pitch creative formats tied to pop culture, internet trends, and timely events.
• Produce for multiple mediums - video, social, newsletters, and web - with a distinct voice and clear POV.
• Constantly pitch ideas that entertain, surprise, and get audiences saying ''wait, what?!''
• Collaborate closely with editors, writers, designers, and video teams to bring fresh ideas to life, fast.
• Track performance across platforms - what's working, what's flopping - and adjust on the fly.
• Stay plugged into digital culture like it's your full-time job… because it is.

What You Bring:
• 2-5 years of experience creating digital content for a media outlet, entertainment company, or creative brand.
• Fluency across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X) and how audience behavior varies between them.
• Strong writing skills with a punchy, audience-friendly tone.
• Comfort with editing short-form video, creating graphics, building posts in a CMS, and tweaking copy as needed.
• Big creative energy and strong organizational skills - you keep projects moving even when juggling multiple deadlines.
• A team player mindset - no ego, lots of hustle, and major passion.
• Bonus points if you geek out over trivia, pop culture deep-dives, sports moments, or smart comedy.
