We are looking for a motivated, fun, and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as a Digital Media & Assets Coordinator in our Vault / Machine Room.
Ideal candidate MUST BE EXPERIENCED with Final Cut Pro and various media formats. Also looking for a team player with the ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining media records and security of all elements: drives, tapes, scripts, etc.
- Coordinating with Post, Production, Design, and Development departments to prioritize all media requests.
- Ingests, Backups, Conversions, and Outputs of material in various media formats (both tapes & digital files)
- Dispersing media via server access, FTP, specialized services, and outgoing drives.
Experience with pro videotape decks is a plus (connections, captures, and dubs).
THIS IS A FREELANCE DAY POSITION.
Starts in September, and runs through March (with the possibly of going longer).
