Digital Media Agent
Extremely busy Los Angeles based model and talent agency is seeking a Digital Media Agent. The ideal candidates should be focused, punctual, creative thinkers, detail-oriented, organized, a team player, work well under pressure, have researching skills, organizational skills, love for the fashion/creative industry, and have experience working as an agent.
Job Summary:
A Digital Media agent is the distinguished liaison between the Talent, the Manager, Buyers, and the Casting divisions for Digital Media projects. They review potential brand deals, select appropriate influencers, pitch them to buyers, and manage bookings. This role handles Social Media Influencers only.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
• Pitch Influencers to buyers for consideration
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and execute paid partnerships
• Scout/Interview new Influencers
• Industry Aware. Stay up to date with key trends, players, social media apps, artists, brands, etc
• Manage a board of influencer talent: portfolio, bio, social media platform updates/ guidance/development/strategy
• Utilize agency roster of Influencers to create your best sales approach
• Define and develop new opportunities for influencer talent
• Existing relationships with beauty, lifestyle, celebrity, and fitness brands
Education & Requirements:
• Previous entertainment industry experience, preferably as a talent agent or manager
• Knowledge of Digital Media, Social Apps
• Flexible and proficient at multitasking
• Solid Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Superb at the development of client relations with buyers and brands
• Inviting and assertive interpersonal communication skills
• Professional, clear and concise and written communications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Associates/Bachelor's degree in Communications (optimal, but not required)
• Must have references
