Job Description:
Manage organic social media / web / email content / paid digital for event vertical.
Reports to Marketing Director
Responsibilities
Leads, develops, and executes overarching strategy and plan for all digital marketing within event vertical in partnership with Event teams
Collaborates with Programming Manager to map out key announcements and information to be communicated to the public in alignment with overall marketing calendar.
Interface with Digital Agency for 2020 Digital Content Series
Develops and executes daily social posting calendar to maximize audience engagement and acquisition, including copywriting, collaborate with content team on video, photo re-sizing and graphic design / video editorial to drive ticket sales and event awareness.
Community management of all social accounts, responding to incoming customer requests, troubleshooting, and brand building.
Analyzes and provides weekly data reports on what's working socially (and on our website) and what's not - provides recommendations for improvements and new ideas.
Develops email calendar, draft emails, analyzes metrics and makes optimization recommendations.
Collaborates daily with Event paid media team to launch and measure performance of paid ads. Works with ticketing platform to ensure placement of ads (content, copy, etc) aligns with event brand guide and digital calendar
Collaborates with our web developer and manages event website via CMS
Sources and manages digital media partnerships.
Skills
Photoshop / Illustrator, ideally some light video editing experience, familiarity with all social platforms and their analytics capabilities, experience with Google Analytics, website CMS (content management system), self-starter, can handle unconventional work hours, passion for entertainment and sports.
