The Role
You will be embedded in live music marketing campaigns. Your work directly impacts client results. Speed, accuracy, and follow through matter.
You will handle execution, tracking, and coordination across social, ads, and internal systems. Over time, this role expands based on performance, not tenure.
What You Will Do
• Execute and schedule social content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Build and deliver clean, accurate analytics reports from native platforms and Google Analytics
• Support paid ad setup, asset organization, and daily monitoring across Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Research artists, trends, creators, platforms, and competitors and synthesize findings clearly
• Edit short form video content quickly and correctly for Reels and TikTok
• Make Graphics as needed
• Maintain internal systems, files, and timelines without being chased
• Step in where needed to keep campaigns moving

This role requires in person availability at least three days per week in Los Angeles for content capture, meetings, and events.
Who You Are
• Based in Los Angeles
• Exceptionally detail oriented
• Organized enough that things do not fall through when you touch them
• Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and closing loops
• Curious about how agencies actually scale
• Interested in the music industry beyond surface level trends
• Able to learn tools and systems quickly without hand holding
• Calm under deadlines
You do not need to be an expert. You do need to be sharp, reliable, and hungry.
Required Skills
• Working knowledge of Instagram and TikTok and social platforms
• Comfort with Canva, Google Drive, and project management tools
• Basic short form video editing using CapCut, Opus Clips, or similar
• Clear written communication
Bonus Skills
• Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads experience
• Email marketing platforms
• Influencer or creator campaign coordination
Growth Path
This role can grow into strategist, account lead, or leadership positions based on performance. Long term, this is for someone who wants more than a title and understands that ownership starts with execution.
