Position Responsibilities:

• supporting the development team including researching projects in development and proofreading presentations as needed
• watch new series and provide feedback to the team
• maintaining and improving efficient workflows and project tracking including ways in which automating assistant tasks can free you up to be more involved in the creative process
• book flights and make reservations for development shoots and for the CEO's travel
• maintaining office needs including processing lunch delivery orders (all employees lunches are paid for by the company on Mondays and Thursdays), distributing mail, and ordering office supplies/snacks/beverages as needed
• regularly contributing creatively to the development process
• maintaining a receipt tracking system for the CEO and office related charges, and issuing invoices as needed
• anticipating challenges before they arise and at times being able to speak on behalf of the CEO so that those in need of answers are given relevant info
