An Emmy Award-winning, multi-faceted, and fast-paced production company is looking for a superstar Unscripted Development Assistant to join an amazing team with great potential to grow!
Our ideal candidate: a TV fanatic/pop culture guru, who watches an absurd amount of Reality TV (including shows in the crime, science, auto and blue collar genres, etc.). Ideally, you're a hardworking team player with a great attitude, looking to learn and grow with a fun, motivated group of people.
While there would be some administrative elements to this position, we are ultimately looking for someone with a researcher's brain, positive demeanor and a strong desire to contribute and collaborate for our team's overall growth and success! This would be a great position for someone looking to put in some hard work and time, so they can grow in the Unscripted Development field.
This position's responsibilities:
• All administrative duties, including but not limited to covering phones, scheduling, and maintaining multiple calendars
• Coordinating communication amongst multiple departments
• Heavy researching of all topical ideas for development brainstorms, as well as a general knowledge of news and pop culture for collaborative purposes
• Skyping and editing of potential talent for our reels
• A good knowledge of Photoshop, Keynote and Avid programs would be fantastic
• A great, can-do attitude with a fun, positive vibe is essential
• Assisting in creation and execution of all pitch materials including decks, sizzle reels, loglines, and one-sheets
• General assisting for the team as needed
