Day-to-Day Manager for Band
Band is looking for a Full-Time Day-to-Day Manager - must be based in Nashville, TN, as the band is located there. Please note that this is a remote position, as management and other key team members are located across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute band's long term and day-to-day schedule
• Assist with planning and implementation of all aspects of the artist's career, including global release schedules, promo, social media plans, press, marketing and touring
• Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for short and long-term projects across all sectors of band's career including, but not limited to, music, touring, brand partnerships, and marketing activations
• Efficient daily communication and information flow with band and teams ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Act as key point of contact for all third parties, filtering information as needed and acting as a central point for third parties to communicate/exchange information: record labels/publishers/agents/lawyers/business managers etc.
• Collaborate with band ensuring all opportunities are explored and executed per their creative vision
• Advance shows and put together travel itineraries - liaise with travel agents and booking agents
• Act as key management representative for artists on location when Artist Manager isn't present, including promotional activities, photo shoots, tv shoots, events, etc.
• Liaising with artist(s) PA and supporting band's personal requirements where necessary
Qualifications:
• 3-4 years of experience in artist management and / or label experience
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Self-motivated and solution-oriented with an ability to prioritize workload, independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Able to keep track of many ongoing projects with strong attention to detail and excellent follow through
• Ability to pivot quickly and think practically
• Must be able to travel, have a valid passport and have previous touring experience
