Job Posting: Day-to-Day Manager (Co-Management Role with Band & Management Company)

We are seeking a hands-on, highly motivated Day-to-Day Manager to work in a co-management capacity between the band and management company. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and logistics for the band.
• Work closely with the management team to execute album production and release strategies.
• Assist in building and managing the creative and production team for the album.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to expand the band's online presence.
• Coordinate touring schedules, travel, and live performance logistics.
• Be available for significant travel and adaptable to the demands of an evolving schedule.

Qualifications:
• Strong interest and experience in social media growth and engagement.
• Ability to build and manage teams for album production and touring.
• Passion for live music, touring, and working closely with artists.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
• Prior experience in artist management, production, or tour management preferred.
