Recruiting for an experienced Day-to Day Artist Manager on behalf of my client, a forward-thinking artist management company on a mission to empower visionary talent in a time of cultural reset. Working alongside visionary talent, you'll create the space to unlock their potential and purpose within electronic music. The company focus is on building culture through collaboration and creativity, with an emphasis on empowerment and entrepreneurship. Their ambition is to build impactful and sustainable careers for their artists inline with their values - without compromise.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Acting as the key point of contact the management roster and to communicate and filter information to the wider team as required.
*Providing assistance on planning and implementing strategy on artists projects, including release campaigns, brand partnerships, initiatives, promotional activity and touring.
*Proactively identifying and exploring relevant growth opportunities for artists, reaching out to potential partners, discussing and negotiating business terms etc.
*Accompanying artists as key management representative at in-person events, including promo days, content shoots and live events.
*Coordinating artists' support team as required, including personal assistants, stylists, publicists, photographers etc.
*Managing artists' diaries with a high level of accuracy across multiple time zones.
*Coordinating all day-to-day activities for artists - organising travel and accommodation and producing detailed itineraries.
*Providing tour support to artists, liaising with agents and promoters, advancing shows and applying for VISAs etc.
*Developing close working relationships with artists, understanding their values, career vision and specific needs, and ensuring they are protected and cared for at all times.
The successful applicant will have:
*Substantial experience in a similarly demanding, multi-layered role in the music industry. If this experience is within an artist management company that is a plus.
*An in-depth knowledge and keen interest in the current musical, cultural and technological landscape.
*A proactive and highly driven - with a creative - problem-solving attitude.
*An extremely high level of integrity, and be trustworthy and dependable under pressure.
*Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.
*Meticulous attention to detail.
*Excellent relationship-building skills.
*Ability to inspire, engage and work collectively with a diverse range of creative and professional people.
*Willingness to be a dedicated, active member of a busy team, committed to the career goals and the well-being of artists at all times.
*Keenness to advocate for artistic freedom and equity in the creative industries.
Applicants must be eager and willing to work irregular hours, maintain communications on evenings and weekends, and travel for work, sometimes abroad.
