Small management company based in Sherman Oaks is currently seeking an individual with 1+ years of experience in the music industry to join our team and help us build. Please include your resume, cover letter, and your top 5 songs currently upon applying.
Responsibilities:
-Maintaining client and general manager's schedules and calendars
-Addressing and servicing client needs and requests
-Working alongside tour team for organizing complex tour and travel routing
-Assistance in building creative strategy (graphic design, branding, etc.)
-Assistance in coordination of recording
-Social media marketing coordination
-Release strategy and scheduling
-Oversight on creative content creation (music videos + promo videos)
-Working alongside contract administration and clearances
-Assistance in maintaining label relations and coordination of releases
-Budgeting and financial oversight for company and clients
Requirements:
-1+ years of experience working in the music industry, preferably in management
-Must have a drivers license and own vehicle
-Positive attitude with an eagerness to grow and expand within a team
-Expert organizational skills and note-taking abilities
-Excellent communication skills including the ability to draft professional emails, handle high call volumes and hold intelligent industry-specific conversations
-Ability to stay highly organized in a high paced work environment
-Strong knowledge of popular, up and coming music across all genres
-Working knowledge of social media and marketing
-Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a high paced, goal-oriented environment
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
