A well-established NYC-based casting company is currently seeking a Data Entry Freelancer to organize & maintain Talent Database.
This position is remote.
• Liaise with and follow up with the company, direct talent, and talent agency/management
• Update talent/agent/management profiles in the database with relevant info efficiently in a timely manner.
Qualifications / Educational Requirements:
• Must have a computer/laptop. MacOS system is preferred.
• Previous experience with data entry or related office experience
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
• Thoroughness & strong attention to detail
• Organization & quick typing skills
• Experience with G-Suite and Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team
• Knowledge of the entertainment industry is preferred
• Familiarity with Modasphere or similar database systems is a plus
Schedule: 2-3 days per week (part-time freelance)
