PART-TIME CREATOR ASSISTANT (MUST BE IN-PERSON, JUPITER, FL)

We're hiring for a full-time content creator, high profile fitness instructor instructor, and author looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed, and good-vibes-only assistant who can support her day-to-day workflow, both digital and IRL.

This is a part-time, in-person role (2–3 days/week minimum, but could grow into a full-time role) with the opportunity to grow alongside her brand. If you love organization, take initiative without needing to be micromanaged, and feel equally excited about grabbing camera gear as you do about running to UPS, this role’s for you.

Your Role Includes:
• Supporting her LTK shop (uploading content, staying on top of sales, product linking, basic analytics)
• Tracking and organizing social analytics + performance
• Assisting on content shoots (phone skills, lighting help, occasional filming)
• Posting sponsored content on schedule and with attention to the details
• Brainstorming content ideas based on trends or social moments
• Running errands (grocery store, UPS, returns, etc.)
• Helping with basic admin tasks like organizing inboxes
• Bringing a can-do attitude and being down for whatever’s needed that day

You Are:
• Extremely organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• A self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative
• Excited to be part of the content creation process
• Comfortable with social media platforms (IG, TikTok, LTK, YT, Pinterest, Substack)
• Not afraid to hold the camera or offer a creative idea
• Proficient in Lightroom, Capcut, Canva, Edits app
• Totally cool doing random errands and small tasks, no ego, just hustle
• Thrive with tools like Monday, Asana, Notion, Google Drive to stay hyper organized

Local to Jupiter, FL or surrounding area and able to work in-person several days a week Bonus if you have already had experience working as an assistant to another creator before!

This is a part-time role with flexible hours, perfect for someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of the creator world while gaining real experience in the creator economy. Bonus points if you have a love for aesthetic visuals, lifestyle content, and mocktails!
