CREATIVE SERVICES MANAGER
An award-winning integrated production company seeks an aesthetically driven, responsible and clear communicator to oversee the department of Creative Services. We work with all of the major ad agencies on some of the most sought after big-name brands, and our directors' roster is a who's who list in the entertainment scene. Must be a team-player who is detail-oriented and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is a fusion of creative, administrative and management experience.
The manager will primarily be overseeing the creation and completion of director's treatments and pitch decks for our live-action and experiential departments. A treatment communicates the director' vision for a campaign through written and visuals - how they plan to shoot and execute the materials requested by an agency or client.
Creative Services Manager Responsibilities:
• Manages the in-house team of coordinators, designers, and writers, as well as freelance designers, writers, and other creative personnel.
• Oversees the execution of visual and written directors' treatments and pitch decks, as well as any other internal asks from the company.
• Primary liaison with directors, executive producers, and managing partners
• Collaborates with EPs and MPs to evolve the treatment process.
• Scouting and recruiting new talent (designers, storyboards artists, writers, etc.)
• Maintains and tracks budgets for each project, processes invoices on a weekly basis.
• Give monthly financial reports to the CFO and MPs, and have quarterly meetings discussing department success.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
• College degree
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good people skills - able to work with many different personalities.
• Assertive and takes ownership of a situation.
• Must be detail-oriented and extremely organized (multi-tasking is second nature)
• Knowledge of production, commercial production a bonus
• Management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of InDesign and PhotoShop a bonus
• Flexibility to work on weekends (occasionally)
