Creative Director/Production Manager Job
Goal: Creative direct and assist in the execution of creating content for influencer's social media (Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube) with a focus on creating adult content for Onlyfans.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan for 2 full shooting days per week. Goal is to create content out of 6 different concepts per week (3 per day) with collaborators or solo.
Reach out to and schedule with collaborators. Manage production calendar.
Creative direct/style (come up with shoot concept, order clothes and props, find hair/make-up looks).
Book location(s) / build set (if needed)
Book makeup, hair, photographer and filmer, and assistant (if needed).
Order lunch/buy snacks for set.
Prepare and pack items for shoot (bring set bag).
Ensure that content ''to do list'' gets done and production is on schedule.
Handle production paperwork: collect IDs/agreements from collaborators, check STI/covid tests. Pay hirees via check and request W-9s.
Support talent and crew members on set.
Put out lunch/snacks for the crew.
Film xxx content when necessary (i.e. no videographer on set).
Take BTS content for socials.
Clean set and close up space.
Follow up with photographers/videographers to collect all footage/photos.
Upload content to Dropbox and organize categorically.
Share all content with collaborators, where applicable.
Send a copy of agreements to collaborators.
Restock the ''set bag'' if needed.
This position requires creative experience (i.e. having been on sets before). The perfect candidate for this is equally and organized. They have an understanding of how to use social media, as well as the current trends on each app. Must be comfortable and open-minded about the adult industry. Pre-production of photo/video shoots will be remote, but ''set days'' will be in person. Interviews will be held on Zoom/Facetime.
Pay starts at $5,000/month with room for growth.
