We are looking for a Creative Coordinator with 1+ years' experience to join our Experience team. You will be supporting our Managing Partner and our Director of Experience. You will gain tremendous insight into the industry as a whole and make a ton of great connections.
Responsibilities
• Maintain Calendar (out of office, shoot dates and director schedules using iCals)
• Coordinate scheduling for internal and external client calls/ meetings, etc. for our MP and Director of Experience
• Circulates award e-mails to directors, staff, and sales reps when jobs are booked
• Fields and filters inboxes and documents and all job-related information to the server
• Maintains Salesforce data
• Assists Accounting with purchase orders and travel protocols
• Monthly AMEX reports
Requirements
• 1+ years' experience (includes internships)
• Bachelor's degree
• Must be detailed oriented, organized and have the ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with Salesforce Slack is preferred
