Creative Assistant

Boutique Production Company is seeking Creative Assistant to help with the smooth day to day running of the Office. Seeking an ambitious, organized person with a creative mind. This job is ideal for someone who is looking for an entry level position in creative production with excellent opportunity for growth. Job duties will include: Administrative tasks such a rolling calls, scheduling meetings, drafting email correspondences, tracking expenses; Creative tasks such as evaluating material, tracking submissions, and coordinating for projects at all stages, and Personal tasks such as runs and scheduling. The ideal applicant would be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and have excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Photoshop is a plus to help with pitch deck creation.
