The Personal Assistant role is responsible for assisting high profile actor and musician in all aspects of their career and personal life. Candidates must be willing to travel for extended periods of time as well as one-off and special events.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Travel with principal to both business and personal related functions.
Support scheduling assistant around travel and day to day operations.
Work with social media platforms on behalf of talent.
Act as liaison with all internal and external offices.
Co-ordinate various creative projects including keeping track of notes, distributing information and giving contributions and opinions.
- This is not a typical 9 - 5 position. Involves work on nights and weekends.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong relational skills
Strong communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Heavy travel
Must own a car, have a valid license and clean driving record
Must have a valid passport and can travel abroad
Must be drug free
Must be vaccinated for Covid-19
Must have either agency or previous assistant experience (2+ years)
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Is a self-starter who can think 10 steps ahead
Social Media Savvy - Up to date on trends and can easily navigate all social media platforms
Works well with a team
Is humble, kind, calm, hardworking and a good team player
Must be very flexible, hands on and a multitasker
Must be able to handle hectic work schedules, have high endurance and be willing to work long, occasionally across various timezones.
