Creative & Operations Coordinator / Support to Artists
Atlanta GA (Hybrid) | Full-Time | $70K+ | Benefits | Travel
We're looking for a sharp, experienced, and grounded Creative & Operations Coordinator / Assistant to support a producer working across film, television, and digital projects. This role is equal parts administrative anchor and creative right hand-ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, takes pride in doing the job well, and is hungry to grow into producing.
You'll be juggling everything from scheduling and emails to creative development, on-the-go problem solving, and the occasional travel gig. We value kindness, clarity, hustle, and discretion-and we're building a team where every contribution matters.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing a fast-moving schedule and calendar
Running point on emails, calls, and meeting coordination
Taking notes during creative meetings and tracking follow-ups
Creating and editing pitch decks, treatments, and other content
Supporting with personal errands and occasional travel logistics
Handling script formatting (Final Draft)
Liaising with agents, managers, creatives, and production staff
Staying 3 steps ahead
Who You Are:
3+ years of assistant or coordinator experience in entertainment (agency, production, or management preferred)
Detail-oriented, fast-typing, organized, and absolutely unflappable
Discreet, professional, and confident dealing with high-level talent and executives
Emotionally intelligent with strong communication instincts
A proactive self-starter with exceptional follow-through before
A positive collaborative team player who understands boundaries, but isn't afraid to jump in and help with a no-task-too-small mindset
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to pivot and stay focused under pressure
Discreet, professional, and confident dealing with high-level talent and executives
Hungry to grow into producing-this is not a forever assistant role
Required Skills
Microsoft Excel / Google Drive
Final Draft
Movie Magic Scheduling and Budgeting (preferred)
Typing speed of 60+ WPM
Strong email etiquette; Clear, effective written and verbal communication
Familiarity with creative development and production workflows
Social media or digital content savvy
The Deal:
Full-time salaried position starting at $70,000, with room for growth
Health benefits included after 90 day probationary period
Some travel required
This is a hybrid position: some WFH, some in-person
Supportive but no-nonsense environment-respect, efficiency, and grace under fire are key
The right person will be invited to grow into creative producing and take on more responsibility over time
