Reports to: Senior Corp Accountant

Role: This is a unique opportunity to join a fast paced trendy production company that has been enjoying positive growth within our show environment. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly experienced in accounting practices and principles. The candidate must be motivated and committed to a roll up your sleeve environment to get the work done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly ledger close process on a timely and accurate basis. Review and reconcile key accounts on balance sheet. Monthly bank reconciliations.
- Responsible for WIP analysis and oversight of production close packages.
- Develop reports to support the financial close, such as aging report and production milestone reporting.
- Provide assistance with the AP/AR and cash application and disbursements. Monitor the collection of customer receivables.
- Perform weekly cashflow analysis, update cashflow schedules and create weekly cash account balance schedule.
- Support primary activities of annual financial audit and coordinate internally the requested documents to be provided.
- Oversee special department projects as assigned.
- Oversee production tax credits by show
Qualifications:
BS/BA in Accounting - CPA preferred
Public or private company experience 2+years
High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to multi task.
Willingness to be a team player and prioritize demands to meet deadlines.
