Award-winning unscripted television production company is seeking a full-time Coordinator. Great Opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an established production company from veteran producers of hit TV shows. We are seeking a hungry coordinator with previous experience at a production company, management company, agency, and/or a network that can help manage multiple busy schedules and also contribute to creative conversations. Detail oriented and strong organizational skills are required along with a passion for unscripted television.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing schedules for multiple executives
- Answering calls
- Researching for development projects
- Tracking projects
- Creating decks
- Writing copy
- Maintaining the company website
- Posting on company socials
- Managing company emails
Additionally, any experience with graphics/design, video editing, and photoshop is a plus and will yield more involvement in overall show development.
This role will also oversee and assist with the basic office managerial duties once we're back in the office to ensure a professional, smooth, and organized working environment. For now, the position will be working from home.
