Production company seeking a creative executive for a director/producer led production company ASAP. Candidate should be a motivated go-getter, hungry to gain first-hand experience on all aspects of film and TV development and production. This desk is very high volume, fast paced, and requires someone who can balance and track multiple projects at once. We are searching for someone who is incredibly organized with heavy scheduling experience, highly trustworthy, enthusiastic, with a great knowledge of production and the TV business. Our company works on big projects with top tier talent and is a great place to quickly gain experience in the world of creative development.
-Support and assist on all administrative responsibilities: managing an active calendar, coordinating meeting and call logistics, arranging necessary travel, hotel accommodations and itineraries, and maintaining organization
-Reading and providing coverage on incoming submissions (pitches, scripts, books)
-Managing a portfolio of film and television projects, providing creative input and spearheading progression, while collaborating with key creatives and business professionals at every stage of development, production and post-production
-Preparing pitch decks and creative packages
-Prioritizing conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion
-Managing assigned projects and tasks to completion in a timely manner
-Additional duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned
-Minimum 2 years experience within the film industry in a studio, agency, or film production company
-Advanced Scheduling and Travel planning skills
-Strong writing skills
-Strong leadership skills
-Basic graphic design knowledge a plus
-College degree in relative field preferred
-Must be located in NYC
Pay Range: $45-50k depending on experience
