• Assist producer in the packaging, production and delivery of feature films, including a high degree of relationship management, process management, and operations management
• Maintain a database that keeps track of all titles, agreements, payments and invoices that the company handles
• Prepare quarterly reports for clients on film sales and incoming payments
• Manage outgoing payments to clients and vendors
• Communicate with buyers and distributors from all over the world
• Act as the primary contact for communication with clients on their films
• Create systems to maximize organization by utilizing Excel, Google Drive and Dropbox
• Design marketing posts, pitch decks and company catalogues
• Manage and create content for social media pages on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
• Script coverage
Qualifications:
• Excellent relationship skills and a positive attitude
• High energy
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• High level of attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to take initiative
• Ability to manage a polished company social media profile, and general tech/internet savvy
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Photoshop/Indesign a plus
