How do I hire a Coordinator, Business and Legal Affairs? A busy film, television, post production and sales company, is seeking a skilled, proactive Business and Legal Affairs Coordinator to join its team. This person will report to 3 execs, including Business Affairs and Legal.
Job Responsibilities:
Multi-line phones, calendar coordinating and scheduling.
Some experience with copyright filings required. Will also assist with redlining documents and contract preparation. Familiarity with paid ad statements and other legal deliverables a plus.
During production, assist with guild reports and notices of tentative writing credits.
File corporate documents with various secretaries of state.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of legal experience at a studio, agency, production company or similar law firm.
Ability to juggle a busy and varied workload.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, great attitude.
