We are an early-stage startup developing transformational festivals and a community platform that brings together creatives, entrepreneurs, and changemakers with the vision of raising human consciousness. We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Community & Social Media Manager to join our team. Reporting to the CEO, the person in this position will be responsible for developing and executing on strategies to raise the organization's profile, grow our social media channels, and foster engagement among our community. This position has strong growth potential to expand into new areas depending on the interest and skills of the individual.
Responsibilities:
• Develop content and growth strategy for the organization
• Provide input into overall creative direction
• Shoot, direct, and edit content
• Grow number of followers, platform engagement, and social media traffic (IG, Twitter, TikTok, Discord)
• Provide community leadership and coordination in the lead-up to festivals, workshops, and other events
Other Potential Responsibilities:
• Copywriting and communications management (e.g., newsletter, website)
• Creative project management
• Event and program development support
Job Requirements:
• Passion for growing a conscious community of creatives, entrepreneurs, and wellness/spiritual practitioners
• Passion for the arts, music, technology, and/or startups
• Genuine interest in personal growth, spirituality, and creating positive change in the world
• Deep knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Discord
• Excellent creative direction, graphic design, and editing skills, including strong Adobe Suite proficiency
Strongly Desired:
• Prior community management experience
• Proven ability to grow a loyal social media audience
• Experience growing and managing community and/or artist accounts
• Strong copywriting skills
