Established voice over agency is looking for an exceptional assistant to the commercial division. The ideal candidate will be creative, an effective communicator, problem solver and multi-tasker. This is a fast-paced environment, so applicant should be able to maintain a calm, professional manner while managing several tasks at once. Responsibilities include heavy emails, providing administrative and client support including scheduling auditions as well as coordinating with casting directors and managers and the rest of agency organization. The best person for this role will be personable with a great attitude, extremely detail-oriented, have an excellent work ethic. Knowledge of InEntertainment and graphic arts would be very helpful.
College degree (preferred)
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Tech Savvy
Excellent written & communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Professional appearance and presentation
Must be able to work independently with little supervision
Ability to keep accurate records
Ability to comfortably interact with high profile clients; discretion is a necessary requirement
Ability to keep calendar/appointments/meetings up to date
