COMMERCIAL TALENT MANAGER

We are seeking an ambitious, well-connected Commercial Talent Manager to join our growing management team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the advertising, brand partnership, sports marketing, and commercial casting landscape and thrives on building diverse talent careers from the ground up.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Commercial Talent Manager, you will represent actors, models, athletes, influencers, and creators for commercial, print, and brand partnership opportunities. You'll manage submissions, pitch talent to casting offices and agencies, cultivate brand relationships, and strategically guide your roster's growth across advertising, sports, and digital content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Scout, sign, and manage commercial talent including athletes for ads, sponsorships, and brand campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with casting directors, ad agencies, sports marketing groups, production companies, and brands
Submit talent on casting platforms such as Casting Networks and other commercial submission sites
Pitch talent for commercial, print, UGC, sports endorsements, and branded content opportunities
Oversee submissions, negotiate deals, and track bookings
Provide ongoing career guidance, branding strategy, and marketing support
Maintain detailed schedules, casting calls, and communication
Collaborate with internal teams on creative, sports, and commercial strategy

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in talent management, sports marketing, commercial casting, advertising, or brand partnerships
Industry relationships (casting, agencies, brands, sports reps) strongly preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Organized, self-driven, entrepreneurial personality
Ability to manage multiple talent across entertainment and sports

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based position, paid as a percentage of talent earnings. Unlimited earning potential for high performers.
