Commercial Talent Agent

We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Agent to join our team. A dedicated office in Chicago is available if you'd like to use it, but the role can be as remote as you want. Candidates must have prior agency or management experience, as this is not an entry-level role. All applications and conversations will be handled with strict confidentiality. If you're an experienced representative with genuine passion for artist representation and are ready to bring your roster and/or build upon ours, we would like to speak with you.

We encourage candidates with an existing roster of clients to apply, though it's not a requirement. We will also be transitioning a well-curated, actively working roster to the right hire, making this an excellent opportunity for someone ready to grow immediately.

The ideal candidate will have:
A proven track record working as a Talent Agent or Talent Manager (minimum 1-2 years required; select junior/assistant-level talent with relevant experience will also be considered). Deep familiarity with Breakdowns, SAG-AFTRA rules, and contract negotiations. Established, positive relationships with key casting directors in commercial and print. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a competitive roster with care and efficiency. A proactive, collaborative, and self-driven work ethic.
