* Has strong relationships within the entertainment industry casting directors.
* Individuals must be organized and have excellent interpersonal/effective written & verbal communication.
* Detail-oriented with a strong feeling of responsibility when it comes to client relationships.
* Sensitivity toward topics such as body image, disabilities, gender, etc.
* Should be open to a standard NDA / Non-Compete.
* Adaptable, self-motivated, good at prioritizing, and solution/results-driven.
Responsibilities:
* Manage & build relationships, proactive client outreach.
* Handle multiple projects.
* Push talent for opportunities.
* Rate and contract negotiations.
* Manage across boards.
* Weekly check-ins.
* Assist in talent management and strategizing.
* Client meetings.
* Attend events.
Requirements:
* This position requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years experience in the entertainment industry as it relates to talent representation including previous commercial agent experience; or any combination of experience and training which would provide the level of knowledge, skills, and ability required.
Salary:
* Competitive salary (based on experience) plus commission.
Schedule:
* We are working full-time at our Mid-City office.
Start Date: October/November 2026.
