How do I hire a Co-Producer? Seeking a Co-Producer who is a self-starter and works well under pressure, with great interpersonal skills and a desire to wear multiple hats throughout the creative and physical production process. This position will be focused on a historical feature documentary, but candidates may be considered for a continuing staff role at the production company. Must have experience working on a prior feature documentary. Experience working directly with directors/creatives and managing archival workflow is required. Must be detail oriented, highly motivated and extremely well organized. We have a fun, highly creative, collaborative team and are interested in those who are eager to learn and willing to work hard. Position will be based out of our dog friendly office in Los Angeles.
