Client Services / Receptionist

Full Time Job
Boutique post production facility looking for well motivated, friendly and highly organized client services/receptionist. Company is a busy small-mid sized facility that provides audio mix, online edit and color grading services for popular unscripted and feature documentary projects.

Applicant should be proactive, client service-oriented and with excellent attention to detail. Strong work ethic and ability to multitask a must. Position is a M-F day shift in the facility. Looking to fill post immediately.

Job Responsibilities
-manage front reception desk and phones
-greet clients
-coordinate talent for supervised sessions
-assists scheduling rooms and operators for audio sessions
-prepare and restock refreshments for clients
-maintain inventory of supplies for company and order as needed
-maintain coffee machine and water bottle supplies
-clean and tidy up edit bays and kitchen area
-distribute parking validations to clients and staff as needed
-do temperature checks and handle COVID-19 questionnaires

Qualifications
-knowledge of Excel and Word
-ability to work on Mac and learn scheduling software
-at least one year job experience in office or professional work environment
-pleasant phone demeanor and excellent communication skills
-prior experience in production or post production experience a plus
