Client Coordinator / Executive Assistant
Music Management Company seeks enthusiastic and passionate Client Coordinator / Executive Assistant to work alongside the President of the company as well as one high-profile electronic artists the company represents. Passion for Electronic Music is essential.
Time will be split working in the company's office and the artist's home studio.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Liaise with agents, publicists, label representatives, business managers, and attorneys on artist inquiries.
· Advance shows, develop marketing plans, and coordinate releases.
· Oversee visa application process for international tours.
· Oversee artist merchandise inventory to promote e-commerce and tour sales.
· Coordinate artist travel logistics, maintain master tour schedule and tour dates on all platforms, update artist calendars, and organize assets.
· Review artist's show offers and send feedback to management and agent teams.
· Organize all incoming demos and promotional music for artist
· Draft and review business correspondence letters on behalf of artist.
Requirements:
· 1-2 years of music industry experience working at a talent agency, artist management company, promoter, record label or publisher
· Strong understanding of the current music industry landscape
· Valid US Driver's License and clean driving record
· Impeccable attention to detail
· Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
· Fast and accurate typing - THIS IS A MUST
· Ability to adapt to different artist personalities
· Proficiency in Google Suite, Word & Excel. Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
