Casting Producer

Must be local to location or willing to work as a local. Established Los Angeles based production company is seeking a full-time, casting producer to work with their unscripted development department with an emphasis on character outreach. Must be creative and have the ability to find great characters for which to build shows around. We're open to this position being remote, with the ability to come into the office occasionally when necessary.?? Must have casting experience, be well versed in social media outreach and other various outreach techniques, excellent at directing interviews over Skype/Zoom, and able to edit casting tapes. Experience working with HGTV and/or TLC is preferred.?
