Casting Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated researcher to help identify exceptional talent, personalities, and stories for a major digital media project.

The ideal candidate is deeply immersed in YouTube, social media, podcasts, and internet culture. They love discovering creators before they become mainstream and have a natural ability to identify compelling people, unique stories, and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

Strong research and investigative skills
Extensive knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and creator culture
Ability to identify compelling personalities and stories
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and resourceful
Previous experience in casting, talent scouting, recruiting, journalism, or social media is a plus, but not required
