About Us
We are a busy boutique casting company based in Los Angeles specializing in non-union scripted series. Each month, we manage 2 to 3 series simultaneously and pride ourselves on delivering top-notch talent to our clients.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Casting Associate to join our fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing multiple projects at once, and has a passion for working with actors and production teams.

Responsibilities
• Track and manage dozens of actors across multiple series each month.
• Selecting talent for pitches based on reels and self-tapes.
• Updating the executive's pitch website.
• Handle casting outreach via email, phone, and social media.
• Maintain schedules and databases with precision and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with producers, directors, managers and talent agencies.
• Assist in organizing casting calls, callbacks, fittings and booking confirmations.
• Prepare and distribute materials to talent and production teams as needed.

Qualifications Required:
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
• Ability to maintain meticulous records and deadlines.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Excellent familiarity with social media trends and outreach.

Preferred (a plus, but not required):
• Previous experience in a scripted casting department, casting agency or with actor submission platforms like Breakdown Services or Backstage.
• Adobe Acrobat Sign.

Work Schedule
Hours: 5-7 hours per day, Monday-Friday.
Weekend hours will be required based on filming schedules.
