How do I hire a Business Affairs Coordinator? New York office of a large bi-coastal Talent Agency seeks highly motivated, meticulous, focused and responsible book-keeper/talent payment coordinator. We are searching for a mature candidate with a strong history of previous accounting experience, strong organizational and interpersonal skills and is comfortable dealing in a fast paced environment.
-Processing talent payments in agency's accounting program(checks)
-Keeping a record of any check discrepancies
-Tracking and pursuing late client payments on a daily basis with agents and business Affairs department
-Monthly invoicing (Sending out past due notices with consistent follow up for each client to catch any skipped invoices/payments)
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional verbal communication and computer skills. They should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to process a high volume of checks and collect payments in a timely manner. This job is no longer available.
