Seeking a dedicated, smart, reliable Building Operations Coordinator to oversee all office needs. Fun, lively production company looking for a multi-tasker who can track all space, parking, and storage requirements. Need someone with a professional, friendly manner and a ''can-do'' attitude who can sit at and run the front desk, along with multiple other tasks, including space planning and projection and handling building vendors. Organization and thinking on your feet are integral pieces of the job. Will interact with people of all levels.
Employee Tracking
Set up new employees with parking, badge access, and a prepped, clean workstation
Update facilities floorplan grid and maps
Weekly space planning to project future employee placement
Greet new employees and run a quick 1st Day Orientation
Building Facilities Requests
Submit building requests - heat, A/C, maintenance, janitorial, repairs, etc.
Oversee small office moves
Point person for all building and office needs
Order office, kitchen, coffee, toner, and printer paper supplies
Reception
Be the professional, friendly face of Discovery Studios
Meet and greet all visitors
Handle calls to main line
Ensure all guests sign in and notify the employee they are visiting
Track parking validation usage and quantities
Responsible for handling both outgoing and incoming mail and deliveries
Storage
Manage offsite storage/basement storage. Keep track of what is checked in/out and organize storage units.
Support operations team as needed.
