This is a Part Time Job
We're a pair of fast-growing lifestyle and media brands supporting creatives, artists, and executives in the entertainment, luxury, and events spaces. We're seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy assistant to help organize backend systems, streamline digital content workflows, and coordinate client deliverables.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives behind the scenes, loves operational structure, and has a sharp eye for visuals and process.
Responsibilities
Maintain project dashboards and task management tools (ClickUp or Notion)
Build and update client proposals, quotes, and Smart Files in HoneyBook
Create visual assets in Canva (IG posts, pitch decks, service guides)
Schedule social content and update link-in-bio pages
Format client-facing materials such as itineraries, press kits, and booking packages
Track leads, bookings, and service deliverables weekly
Support email campaigns and send booking confirmations as needed
Qualifications
Proficient with Canva, HoneyBook, ClickUp or Notion, and Google Workspace
Comfortable using email marketing or social scheduling tools (Flodesk, Mailchimp, Publer, Later)
Detail-driven and self-managed with clear communication
Bonus: experience supporting creatives, luxury clients, or entertainment campaigns
Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple brand priorities
