We are a digital entertainment brand, seeking a specialist to facilitate partnerships. We are the largest brand in our category, with the most engaged audience online. The ideal candidate is hard-working and independent, with sharp attention to detail.
This is a part-time, telecommuting role, with flexible hours. The first three months will include salary plus 10% commission on any sales you generate, after which compensation will transition to entirely commissions, at a rate of 15%.
Responsibilities:
• Regularly reaching prospective new partners
• Preparing and submitting presentations/proposals
• Scheduling and participating in meetings that include our brand representatives and prospective new partners
• Drafting and facilitating execution of contract agreements for new deals
• Ensuring partner needs are met by brand on deals that have been closed
• Providing bi-weekly progress reports
• Meeting forecasted targets
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
• Most important, an extensive rolodex of partner contacts, and an impressive track record of closing lucrative deals
• An ability to build relationships with new, relevant partners, potentially outside of your comfort zone
• 1-2 years of partner experience at a talent agency, brand marketing company, or media group
• Knowledge of social media climate and trends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), and relevant MAC applications (including Keynote)
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Thrives in an independent work environment
• Problem-solving prowess
• A positive attitude and a sense of humor
